    Return & Replacement Policy

    Ratnadham aspires to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We believe in the quality of our bags, and our return and replacement policies are designed to offer you a worry-free shopping experience.

    1. Seven-Day Automatic Return or Replacement

    For the first seven days after delivery, you can request a return or replacement without contacting customer support:

    • 1.1. For the first seven days after delivery, you can request a return or replacement through the My Orders section of your Ratnadham account without contacting customer support.
    • 1.2. You can easily initiate a return process if the product does not meet your expectations. We recommend placing the request as soon as possible to take advantage of our automated return window.
    • 1.3. The return or replacement process is seamless during this period, and you will have peace of mind in deciding if the product is right for you.

    2. Return Conditions

    The following conditions must be met for a return:

    • 2.1. The product is unused and in its original condition.
    • 2.2. All original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, tags) must be returned.
    • 2.3. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, you will receive communication regarding the acceptance of the return.

    3. Refund Process

    If your return is approved, the refund process is as follows:

    • If your return is approved, a refund will be credited within seven business days of the product’s receipt. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase, and you will be notified once the refund has been finalized.

    4. Replacement Policy for Defective Products

    If your product arrives defective, the replacement process is as follows:

    • 4.1. If your product arrives defective, you can request a replacement within the 7-day automatic return window via the My Orders section.
    • 4.2. Once the shipping vendor picks up the defective product, we will initiate the dispatch of the replacement luggage. The entire process is typically completed within 7-10 business days.
    • 4.3. Please note that the replacement shipment will only be processed after the defective item has been returned and the Return to Vendor (RTV) process has been initiated.
